Hello! Welcome to my Portfolio! This website is a visual representation of me, displaying only visual work either photographed or designed by myself! I consider myself a dichotomy of two dramatically different fields: Graphic Design and History. History? I know you are wondering how that and Design combine to create an advantageous skillset, but I firmly believe the ability to study the stories of people across centuries and cultures, adds to my ability to tell the stories of the present and the future. Consider myself an advocate of uniting the past and present to discover a new future.

MOTION GRAPHICS
I have strong experience in Motion Design, creating personal and professional animations. My senior honors thesis for Journalism school consisted of a 2.5-minute animation (playing to the left). I also was the team leader when completing a promotional video for the Galapagos Science Center.

These 3 Infographics were created using a plethora of platforms specifically, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign. We were tasked with organizing a heavy amount of text and imagery into one cohesive design.

AWARDS
During my time at UNC, I was selected twice by the Society of News Design (SND) as a Second Place Winner in the Infographics and Special Sections categories. I was also awarded Honors in Journalism by the University for completing a Journalism Honors Thesis.
